Shawnee Harle (pronounced like Harley) is an Olympic coach (basketball) and a mental fitness coach. Shawnee is an avid golfer and trains and coaches some players on the Symetra tour. Shawnee discusses doing the “Heart” work, which sometimes is hard work and how the truth shall set you free.

Shawnee talks about the six F words, probably not the ones you’re thinking of and, how facing and dealing with those can and will make you mentally tougher not only for your golf game but also in life.
